It’s one thing to have the phone flipper foot the bill, and another to try and rack up the most absurdly high bill you can in order to screw over the loser. AND for there to BE a loser to begin with. Like someone else commented, after a set period of time if no one has picked up their phone then the bill should be split. And I agree with yet another commenter, this sounds like a great update to American Psycho.
