Good for you! I’ve been trying and failing at this for a year. Not gaining, but not losing either. It’s made my emotional eating habits crystal clear, so that’s been enlightening. Sugar has been my downfall, but again, that’s mostly emotion related.
Getting a coach, especially one who has been where you are, sounds like a match made in heaven. Kick this diet in the ass! It’s made me feel calmer and sleep better. I’m newly invigorated to keep at it. 😊
